I would say just face value in that condition. Nice serial number but not quite solid. Some dealers would sell them with a good premium if the note is in UNC condition. This is just my opinion. Some may disagree with me on this. 😁

I have seen several solid ($50USD( & 2 digit RADAR numbered notes ($30USD) from this recent series sell for the price (in brackets) but each were PMG UNC 66+ certified Gems & most were 50 & 100 Baht denominations (which actually command a higher premiums). I actually bought 3 two-digit radars myself but would say you would be lucky to get 10-15% above F.V. in that condition. Most collectors want the whole deal (all the same digit) & the “almost solid” is seldom a thing.
