Argentina 10 Pesos (1954–1968) Variants?

I have these two Argentina banknotes but the watermarks are different. I think the top is Jose de San Martín and the bottom is General Belgrano. I can’t find anything online about it. They only state that it’s Jose de San Martín. Anyone agree or have info about this? 

You need to provide more info on your question. Do they both have the same signatures? If not, then it could just be simply reprints with different watermarks.

Please have a look at this site. In terms of the watermarks, I have no idea.

Go by the signatures (forget the watermarks) & the WBM is a very helpful site. It is a LONG series & more than likely they had different printers (different watermarks/security features).
