Vietnamese coin? [επιλυμένο]

I purchased this coin with the attribution “Vietnam (1400-1401) Ho Quy Ly, Thanh Nguyen”.

I have not been able to confirm that attribution or match it with anything in Numista or Zeno, although I am not at all familiar with Vietnamese coins. 

I also bought a second coin from the same dealer that I have identified as a Vietnamese “private issue, An Phap style, Thien Phu Nguyen Bao” coin, that is similar to these:

So I am wondering if this is another “private issue” coin?
