Thanks for the link! I’m trying to understand the price difference too in the sales I see listed
I'll let other members evaluate your coin and suggest grades and values. For now, I'll say:
Many of the recent sales prices you see listed on Numista's coin page are for Uncirculated and professionally graded coins. In short, higher-grade coins command higher prices but there's a lot more to it than that.
You could submit your coin to a third-party grading company (TPG) like PCGS or NGC for authentication and grading; cost is anywhere from US$50+ with the fees, shipping, etc. Then, if your coin is real (and I think it is), you could submit the coin to an auction house for sale. The auction house would advertise the coin to its customers etc but they keep a cut of the sale price (seller's premium) and the whole process from submission to listing to auction to payment can take a year or so.
Your coin looks very nice, but I don't think your coin merits the cost of grading.
Better idea is to visit two or three coin stores in your area. Show the coin, talk to the dealers, get a concensus on grade and value. Then, if your intent is to sell the coin, perhaps list the coin on ebay or a similar website and take the best offer.
But again, keep an eye on this thread and eventually other members will offer grades and valuations.
