I'd be grateful if someone can help me narrow down this piece? Seems like an early coin of his reign.

2.49 g 17-19 mm

It's a “Constantinopolis” commemorative.

 

The mintmark PCONST means Arelate mint, but that star on the reverse means that your coin is not the same as the one in Numista catalog (N#133292 ).

Will look more later.
