Die Crack on Croatian 50 Lipa? [επιλυμένο]

I recently added this coin to my collection and I wanted to get some thoughts on it. Do you think this is a die crack? I doesn't look like PMD to me. 

Can anyone find any other examples of this error if it is an error?

Looks like a die crack to me. Notice it stops at the rim.  A scratch would probably go through the rim.
