The obverse shows an image of an hand and reverse has crudely struck Persian 18x16mm, 3.96g

It's similar to this one: N#473726 .
There are other examples on Zeno: https://www.zeno.ru/showgallery.php?cat=20715

how scarce are these falus coins, are they common
Afghan falus of the multi overstruck types might be classed as common and l have accumulated trays full of them, the better ones are those with animals or more usually swords on them from the original strike.
Iranian types seem to mostly escape being overstruck and are far more varied and desirable and l have several unrecorded types

@Vic65 5 can you add some of these types to numista, thanks
I don't post coins on Numista, although fine for machine struck coins there are too many unnecessary pointless requirements for hand struck coins such as die orientation, thickness etc. l use zeno where just the important details of weight and flan size is required and posts appear straight away without needing approval by a referee.
Here is one of my Afghan civic coppers, the unusual mint is sar-i-pul, and an unrecorded type from lran with scales on, the mint is visible as Bihbihan, An unrecorded Afghan civic copper from Qandahar mint,
