I have this 10 Cash Coin and it matches size diameter, thickness, and the Obv / Rev match the provided image.

HOWEVER

My coin weighs 7.9G leading me to believe its made of brass. I reviewed all of the republic of China brass 10 cash coins and mine does not match any of the brass Obv/Rev.

Any Assistance would be much appreciated.

I suggest; first of all do an XRF-test, so there is no need to doubt about the composition.

Looks like this one.  N#39075

That's what i originally thought too but the points on the left flag dont line up. My coin has a vertical point pointing up directly at the top of the flagg pole. The one in the image provided on numista has two points on either side of vertical pointing at the top of the flagg pole.

The design on my coin matches the linked numista coin at the top of  this post. But the one i have weighs 7.9 g and looks to be brass and not copper.

Is it possible the struck this copper design linked above in brass?

Sometimes brass looks like copper and vica-versa, that is why I advise you to test it,

so you will know the composition for sure and you can search from there.

Yours is brass. All the 10 Cash coins of that period weigh ~6.8g when copper and ~8 grams when brass.

I still think this is your coin.
