1964 / D unknown variety?

Hello everyone . Again id like to show you my specimen coin. lucky to have another similar coin to compare with this time to show their differencies. Hope you might get interested and come up with an  identity to it.

Hello again my good Sir…i knew that i had that inquiry before. Only this time i have another same coin to compare it with. 
but so sorry that i forgot that it was already pointed out before that it do really exist on regular strike coins.

maybe i just got carried away seeing it with my new same coin.
