difference between clerical script and running script shengsong yuanbao

hey guys could i get any information on what is the difference between clerical script shengsong yuanbao : N#216383

and running script shengsong yuanbao : N#20617 . They look very similar to me, i couldn't find any difference between them two except the distance for the blocks at the “sheng” (聖). Any comments would be very useful for the future of my collections,, tysmm =)
