10 Sentimo 2013 Orientation - Coin alignment

Hello everyone. Could someone please help me identify this coin? records shows that they are supposed to have MEDAL alignment orientation, but mine is a COIN alignment.

what could this be? A variant? Error? 

any information is highly appreciated.

i just wish i could send an actual video footage to clearly support my specimen.

 Hold it close to a mirror and take a picture from a slight angle, 

making sure both sides are in focus. Or stand the coin on something.

hello my good Sir, i never really thought of that..that was very helpful. here’s the photo…coildnt get both clear because the angle can just get one  good focus  but they are very visible.

 Thanks. With metal pliers perhaps put a small piece of paper 

under the blades at least - or may better to hold between two matchsticks. 

Or balance the coin on something so it does not need to be held - 

and yes getting both sides in focus is tricky. 

Yes my good Sir, im just too eager to show it ,firstly knowing the trick amazed me too.  But id made sure that i didnt put force on the pliers. Just enough to make a balance. Hope you see them clearly.
