Good morning everyone
I know that Belgian coins have many different minting defects.
Many 10 francs 1969-1979 coins have an incised line 0.2-0.3 mm from the rim of Baudouin's head. The line starts from the nose and continues on the mouth, the chin, and all the truncation; sometimes continuing down of the neck and the nape to the hairline.

I've classified it as a double strike. Is it correct?
Surely someone has noticed the same thing.
I'm seeing it on many of my coins:
1969 FL, 1970 FL, 1971 FL, 1973 FR, 1975 FR, 1976 FL, 1977 FL. (FL, Flemish; FR French).
Thanks for your opinions
