Drachm - Phraates IV (probably)? [επιλυμένο]

How do you even choose, which version of this it is? There are like tens different, yet very similar, and many of then have like tens different versions with totally different heads under the “same” coin.

Weight is 3.29g (but that's obviously less than the original was.)

the second variation (Sellwood# 52.11 Rhagae) photos looks almost exactly like this, except better quality coins in numista. 

And the quality is “G” at best?

Yes, you have a type with the eagle crowning the king, and with no symbol in front of the face.  SO that is the correct Numista listing, nut it covers many mints.

The mint symbols are usully found beneath the archer's bow, and inside the inscription I think.  So you need to see which one fits best to your coin.  

The coin in the photos is Rhagae, which has a sort of upside down 4 for a mint mark.  Ekatana looks like an A with a squared top:  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=12050769
