strange crusader coin [επιλυμένο]

the coin appears to be billon and has crosses on each side (crusader/aquitaine)

on one side and a short cross on the other

it is the same size as a sterling penny 

i have been looking through many photgraphs on the internet and the nearest seems to be AE Pogh Roupen I

 Assuming that second picture shows a millimetres ruler, about 17mm 

- and a diameter of 18mm is a 1 Schilling denomination. 

 Guessing at a few of those letters. First picture was upside-down. 

Maybe that first  RE  I  lettering is REVALIE making it from > 

Numista › Catalog › Livonia › Livonian Confederation › Livonian Order 

 Other side likely  MAGISTRI LIVONIE  lettering - with N backwards.

i had never even heard of the livonian confederation .

i will now try to add to my knowledge of the history geography and more .

coins are wonderful conduits into brand new horizons .

any combination of MONETA or NOVA or MON NOV and so on. 

1537 to 1557 year range. Cross on shield is straight before 1537 and shield is ornamented later as per Haljak.

It is not just Livonian order. Revalie points at Tallinn.

Lettering can be variations of MAGISTRI LIVONIE / MONETA (NOVA) REVALIE. There is two digit date after REVALIE.

What you show as * is clover leaf.
