France • 10 Francs Hercule (Silver Piefort) - 50g mintage information?

Is the mintage really 500 per year? Where does the information come from? I see a lot of 25g versions sold everywhere, but 50g not really. Also I can't seem to find it (the 50g version) in any of the online catalogues. Any help?
