1966 Panama 1/4 Balboa [επιλυμένο]

Hi, I have a 1966 Panama 1/4 Balboa coin that I'm trying to identify. On Numista, it shows silver coins only went until 1962, but I see other 1966 coins for sale that appear to have "LEY" marking and seem to be silver.

My coin looks very sharp and bright (possibly proof), but I can't find any mintmark 'S' anywhere on it. Can anyone help me identify if this is silver content and whether it's a proof coin or regular strike?

There are no silver Panama ¼ Balboa 1966 coins. Can you show us some Panama ¼ Balboa 1966 coins with “LEY” marking? Maybe you've mixed up with the 1 Balboa 1966 coins, these were silver but not the ¼ Balboa 1966.

You have a 1966 one of these:  N#3034 made by the US Mint in San Francisco.  Mint marks were not used on this coin.

You have a regular strikes. Here's a proof:
