After discussing briefly with @vladthiengo, we think we may need a new issuing entity for early notes from Macedonia. While there is an entity for the “National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia”, the early notes of the country list the bank simply as the “National Bank of Macedonia”. As this is the note text, we feel like a new entity should be created so the notes can be accurately added to an entity that matches its text.
