2 Euro German coin F mintmark

Good day, I have a 2 Euro German coin with the F mint mark. The coin has an extra circle on the National Side that goes from the wings through the eagles head and at the bottom through the F mint mark and the year 2002. Can this be construed as a mint defect and would this make the coin more valuable? Thank you

I'm sure you meant this coin N#112 instead. Without pictures it would just be a guess what you arue asking. However, it sounds like the type of circle made by a coin rolling machine so not a mint defect. If anything, it will lower the numismatic value.
