Does the 1992 Malta 2 cents exist? KM#94 / N#1779

Regarding this coin: N#1779

I have been trying to find a price for the 1992 issue of this coin, but can't seem to find any sold records.

my standard catalogue of world coins lists the price of a 1992 as being the same as the other years which cant be right. 

the frequency on the Numista listing is 0.6% which is lower than the 2006/2007 in set only issues

Does anyone know if this was just a very low mintage, was it released in sets only, or does it even exist?

I think do not exist for this year!

At least I don't have it my collection.
