Need help identifying coin (possibly Roman)

I have this (possibly Roman) coin, but I can't figure out exactly what coin it is.  It is approximately 1.8cm in diameter, and i cannot measure the weight since I don't have a scale. My guess is a Gallienus coin, but I'm not 100% certain. Help would be appreciated, thanks!
