isn't it obvious that the coin has been spoiled completely after having entered circulation?

It's starting to get annoying to see all these posts about error coins every day, and it's NEVER an error or anything valuable

If there are thousands of posts about this and zero have real value, something is wrong with numismatics…

Maybe it's time for Numista to take some action, maybe discouraging this type of viral non-sense.

These posts show that there is some widely-spread misinformation about what error coins really are.
It's good that the Numista community can help educating and correcting some misconceptions.

That's a way to see it….

@Xavier is not the one answering those demands from one time members, the tally of members just goes up, right. 

Those guys just think a coin looking different is an error coin, it has NOTHING to do with misinformation, be realistic.

Well, answering is optional… I love to help when I can with identifications.

Maybe a forum section called "Error Coins", where the introductory text explains the basics of those anomalies.

It's just sad because it's not  “only 10% are real valuable errors” it's 100% non-valuable errors or just PMD.

But we should blame the clickbaits, not the people hoping to get rich from their spare change.

This one is really tortured.
