This is not a coin identification request, but more or less a game trying to figure out which Emperor the Jeweller was trying to imitate. I will be posting imitation aurei and try to figure out what coins the engraver was using as a reference.
Here is the first aureus, which I am adding to the catalogue actually:
Indian Immitation Aureus, 2nd to 3rd Century AD, AV 6.97 g. Ex. NAC 117, Lot 227.

My guess is actually that this coin imitating (crudely) some form of Caracalla obv with a reverse similar to this Faustina Aureus:
