Looks like Numista catalog for roman coins is using “denomination - ruler - Lettering -  minting place”

If so, then this coin should be merged with:

N#148805

Since both coins were minted at the 9th officina

Or am I wrong?

This is probably coming from the RIC cataloge, which makes a distinction between the two, although it's not entire clear to me what might that be.

RIC VII#91: N#377739, 8 officinas, including the Θ. Date 330-335.

RIC VII#113: N#148805, only 1 officina (Θ). Date 335-337.

Maybe this is a size difference? Checking the examples on the numismatics.org, the RIC 113 ones are considerably smaller. Plus the footnote in the cataloge at RIC 91 maybe points to a weight/size difference too?
