Roman coin identification

16mm diameter, 2.19g, coin alignment.

Looks similar to this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces283825, but with the wrong orientation. There are several similar coins I need help finding the correct type.

I suggest it's Constantius Gallus, like the coin I posted just a couple of days ago.

The only major differences, I think, might be (1) the letter behind the head on mine and (2) the mintmark. The photo is too small for me to read the mintmark. I don't think there are too many mints for this “Caesar” so it shoud be possible to proceed by elimination.
