Some version of Aeneas (N#259891), Winged Victory (N#269376), or a soldier (N#157705) leading a small figure, or something else entirely?

It's this scene: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=rome&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&ca=3&no=&v=&a=&dg=&i=*GLORIA+ROMANORVM*&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&se=&c=&wi=&sw=
The standing emperor figure drags a kneeling captive and holds a labarum in his other hand. Pretty common desing on roman coins from the 360s to 380s.
Thanks again!
Looks to be Valens from what I can make out of the legend - but I can't make much out.
