Not full year range is listed in medal summary

Two below medals have year entries in 1958 and 1961. Any reason why they are not listed as 1958-1961 in summary?

I do not know why...

In my first visit to both pages I only saw one year in the blue boxes, but I saw the year lines had references, and the pages also had those references. So I submitted modification requests to remove the references in the page (and keep them only in year lines). My modification requests are pending but I now see the years range correctly in the blue boxes.

The third page is different. It has two year lines, one with reference (the same as in the page) and other without reference.
