1959 Chile 10 Pesos Un Condor Identification

Hello,

I have this coin and wondered if this is not the normal issue?

It's supposed to be made of aluminum for 1959, but this is clearly not aluminum and looks like a proof.  

Could someone give me information on this?

I can't find any information online anywhere other than a gray/aluminum looking coin for 1959.

It's heavy--10.42 grams

I'm pretty sure it is brass.

If there is no picture yet, could we know how many were made? I'm guessing just a handful?

How would I estimate the value of a modern pattern?
