Duplicated content?

Hello all!

A google search shows this coin is also listed under exonumia. However, the information seems to be duplicated including the picture are the same.  What is everyone's thoughts?

Note: the coin is listed twice under --as a Commerative medal and --as a fantasty coin.  I think the coin is mislabeled and should be labeled and should be considered as a "coin."

One is a piedfort, non are coins but they probably should be put at least in the same category of exonumia. What are your arguments that they are coins?

Thank you for providing additional details. I recently purchased one. I mistook it as non-circulating commemorative coin. In reading the numista description -it seemed to support my notion of being coin rather  than exonumia.  In addition, many equatorial guinea coins are similarly minted. There is also the NCG's posted page for it. There no mention of it being exonumia and thus led  me to believe it was a coin. The image appeared to be identical on both numista pages, which only added to the confusion.
