Signature problem

These things come up because I bought a ½ Dinar note 😄

According to Numista, there are two variations on this 2014 ½ Dinar note, as follows:

P#30; Signatures: Mohammad Yousef al-Hashel and Khalifa Musaed Hamada

P#30a; Signatures: Mohammed Yousef Al-Hashel & Anas Khalid Al Saleh

What changed was the finance minister. According to Wikipedia, these were the two finance ministers for 2014:

There's no Hamada, he was minister of finance from December 2020–December 2021

So that P#30 entry in our catalog is incorrect. That must surely be Salem Abdulaziz Al Sabah instead?

But…

The banknote museum page is interesting, because they describe the two notes as #30a(1) and 30a(2):

And if I am understanding it correctly, the lower serial number should be Al Sabah's signature. And the higher serial number then is Al Saleh.

But most pages I go on, say that the signature in #30a(1) above is Al Saleh. For example:

So which is correct?

This is my note:

At least we can say for sure the left hand signature is correct, it is the governor (Dr. Mohammad Y. Al-Hashel):

That's from a leaflet I found on the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) website here:
