Dedicated page to move references in year lines from comment to reference

I do not know if something like this already exists in the referees/admins area.

Recently I sent modification requests to move references in year lines but it is laborious and repetitive work (lots of copy, paste and delete actions). Especially for coins with many year lines like N#5474

In most of case, the system could detect the references in comments. For example:

Comment: KM#121.3 (6 g; Type A) Calcutta Mint
→ search “km#…”
Reference: KM# 121.3
New comment:  (6 g; Type A) Calcutta Mint

Could this task be made easier? (only for referees/admins, or for all members)

I thinking in a page with a table with rows (one per year line; a limited number) and columns (the original comment field in EN/FR, the reference field filled, the new comment field in EN/FR without reference, and some actions)

For example

I have been manually doing these, however I only care about the English side :P and so when i go onto the pages I see the French ones still:

If I move the reference from yearline comment to reference field, it should replicate regardless of language.

This issue is to be expected in the current situation (it happened to me too): If you edit a page in the English side (fields of the page or fields of year line) you only modify the English side, you do not touch the French side.

My suggestion avoids the problem in year lines, and this one too: Multi language year changes

In the general case of editing other fields in a page, I have a suggestion to modify in the same page both languages.
