It is indeed the first year with the smaller sized oak leaf, but that fact alone doesn't make it hard to find, nor highly searched for.
Why do you think that a € 0.02 cent coin of which more than 70 million were made is worth more than € 0.02?
You talk about research. Please share the information which is driving you.
You also talk about the rarity of the 1 lipa. Indeed, the one with Latin text is a bit hard to get, but nevertheless they change hands for less than € 1.00 in circulated state. If you don't do numismatics for a hobby, then I can only advise to stop. Coins are fun, but they won't make you rich.
