There are two line for 1965. What is the difference between the two?

Privy marks.  The one with 500,000 mintage has a fish. The one with 150,000 has a fish and star since it was actually struck in 1969   The coin page is deficient for not explaining that.

That  would have been my guess, I just was puzzled why the star mark in missing here (while it's present on the pages for all other NA coins of that period).
