The Entry N#76546 is correctly cataloged as GG# BH88. You can see other specimen of such types in Zeno as well. 

The Other entry N#71089 is cataloged from a different reference book (Dilip Rajgor). The details are correct as per the catalog it refers to, but the picture and text might not directly correspond to it. Please note that these coins had a flan size that was lot smaller than the die, So the full text of the coin might not be in the same die. What is visible in the coin's flan might not have all the details. So i would upload a more accurate coin picture for this if it's available with us.
