I just stumbled across this coin and I have no idea what to do with it. Not only is it simultaneously issued by a dozen African nations, it is denominated in each of their currencies (including Guinean Francs, Liberian Dollars, and even the obsolete Equatorial Guinean Peseta). This cataloging mess seems to just be made to mess with websites like Numista.
I am looking forward to seeing what you all think.

Well, I just sent a message to the central banks of the Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, the Central African States, and the West African States. Let's wait to hear back until we make a decision.
My take is, if this coin is legal tender in only one country, it should be listed there with a note. If it is legal tender in several, then we need a new country to accommodate.

I just remembered that there is an existing coin in the catalog that is quite similar. This coin is currently listed under the Western African States. This is technically incorrect, as the Republic of the Congo is not in Western Africa.

Other than the web page of the company trying to sell it I can't find any other mention of a United African Countries country. Exonumia Fantasy currency in my opinion.

I made my own post about this coin before I saw this post. I was also wondering the same thing. There is also a new 2025 version with only 10 countries listed on the obverse instead of 12:
Not sure if U.A.C. should be added as its own issuing entity or not. Seems pretty controversial.
Also I agree with Some_nerd that this coin is inaccurately listed as part of western african states as it includes the Congo.
If you get a response from any of the central banks about it, that would be great.
Also, some other similar coins:

Not sure if this is a similar situation or not, if they should be added in coins or exonumia. Thanks everyone!
