Yes, they are legal tender in Portugal – and in Portugal only.
However, you will not be able to spend these coins in a store or shop. They are NCLT.
Describing them as ''Type – Circulating commemorative'' is wrong. It should be changed/ modified in the listings of the coins.
What about the 3 Euro coins from Slovenia, are they spendable in shops or are they not for circulation?

They are coin. I think I could spend them. Probably the store will not recognize them :)
I'd like to make a test next time in Paris or Vienna, where you can have some coins at facial value at mint shop.. I'd like to try to spend them..

I know that. Still I think it is more polite and convinient to put things in english here.
It's also not very effective (the translation service is not free for Numista), why should dozens of people translate the same thing instead of just one person?

This is an English speaking forum.
It's just plain rude and totally unnecessary to write here in another language.
If you don't speak English either don't write here or use (for example) Google translation and then put your translated English response here.
Hello,
I deleted some unnecessarily derogatory messages. Let's all try to remain polite and welcoming.
Also, I would like to clarify that it's fine to post in other languages than English on this forum. There are currently no forums in Portuguese, Italian, Russian and Dutch. The websites in these languages share the same forum as the English version of Numista. We thought it doesn't make sense to multiply the forums, and that it would be nice to merge the communities and get insights from a more diversified community.
Falves1961 replied to a question about Portuguese coins. I assume he is not comfortable with writing in English and still wanted to help. There is no reason to be rude about it. We can use the translation button to see the message in our own language.
Fully agree with what Xavier said. Let's be inclusive instead of divisive.
