The depicted sample note is older then. The same info should probably be put in the comment section.
Edit: no it seems to be younger then 1984 with the R. N. Malhotra signature

That series of 2 Rupees doesn't have separate pages for notes without and with the added line. Your note will be one of the last four lines in the page you linked, depending on its signature and plate letter.
