I need help for identification [επιλυμένο]

This is a silver coin, 19 mm diameter and weight is 0,883 gram. On adverse I can read 3 DROICT - the rest is not possible to read. On the reverse I can read Z4 (24) in a orb with long cross divide Z and Z (22). The text I can read is GEWI.M.AR.BR. The arm on adverse looks like the

 Polish arm. Thank you in advance.

Not sure that exact one is on Numista, but it looks very similar to some of the George William coins of Brandenburg-Prussia, something similar to this that may steer you in the right direction
