unknown ancient possibly Egyptian

The seller guessed possibly Egyptian but was not able to identify the coin. Is it too worn? bronze or brass color, 20mm, 4 grams

Oh, so that's what those things on the none-face side are! Now that I know what to look for, I think the letters between the standards match to ones in your example. 

Is there any way to figure out which coin it is or is similar as close as we will get? I can try lighting a particular area as many different ways as I can if it will help narrow it down.
