Republic of Venice (Dalmatia and Albania) or?

So what I think I have is a Dalmatia and Albania. It's badly worn and has some visible lettering. On the obverse CVS VEN is visible as in this example:

On the reverse it looks more Dalmatia et Albania like this one:

Looks copper. 28mm x 1mm, 3.7g. Seeking a more definitive assessment.

That was my first thought but under a magnifier it looks like the II marks. It may be too badly worn for a concise ID. I'm seeing a lot of comparable Venice ones that makes it tricky.

Yes, you're right.  There was a lot of variation in this type over the years it was produced, and the lower end of the weight range was around 4 grams, like this:  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=7170121
