I missed some order in the South Africa catalog, so I have tried to give it a try here. Hope it at least can be used as a start :)

My main source has been the Banknote Museum.

Some of these old banknotes have overlapping years with rulers and are often issued by banks, rather than governments. See the Banknote Museeum’s website for banks, which would probably be good to get in, when creating these sub-issuere, if my suggestion is to be followed. I have added banks underneat the issuers :)

Some of these old notes were issued after the unification of the colonies, into the Union of South Africa, but by the former colonies.

Some of the notes may go to exonumia, due to Numista’s categorisation of military notes?

I’m unsure of the 1920 banknotes from the Boer Republic of Transvaal, from the Netherlands Bank of South Africa.

We have the Reserve Bank of South Africa, so it isn't needed.

I have added the banknotes already in the catalog underneat the issuere, as a link.

Hope referee @Pcoetzee5  will give a tought on this as well 😁
