Comments section not appearing when editing?

When I edit N#56030 the comments field is empty.

Here is what I get:

That picture is obviously not from the editor were the problem lies as stated. I also only get an empty field.

I just click on the link and that's what I get! Windows 10 and Firefox.

The problem is related to the WYSIWYG editor, I guess.

Correct. You have to edit the French page or add the comments with changes to the English page. You can tell by the symbol 

Thanks for the explanation. So the problems are that the edit page 1) doesn't explain the empty field by saying the displayed comments are from the French page,  2) doesn't show the French original and translated version to copy from, 3) doesn't give a link for the option of editing the French version.

1) Could be added a text “This field has content in the XXX version”, XXX = the other language.

2) Could be added a link to the content in the other language.

3) If your language interface is French then you can edit the French version, else (English or Spanish) you can edit the English version. There is not Spanish version.
