the story behind this coin is that they have been minted in Hamburg, Germany. Samples have been send to the National bank, who rejected this strike. The dies have been remade / adjusted and the actual coins were minted and accepted for circulation. With the circulation coins the original and refused coins have  been shipped, but only in small numbers. They were mixed with the good coins. There is one piece in UNC, in a private collection. The National Bank of Czech Republik has this coin too in their collection, but in a lower grade.
