In regards to Alfonso IV, here is the now-pending page with relevant information:

From what I could interpret, the entirety of the area of Toledo became incorporated into Castile, so we would not need a new issuer for this type. The two known examples are both dated from 1086, and as in the translated quote in the above link (referenced by Rafael Frochoso), this started as an agreed occupation, which these coin were minted for a short period. The date would start at 1085; the end date would be at least 1086 (I just included the entirety of Alfonso's reign because that was all I could confirm).

So… what are you thinking, with that information?

I will add: the “Castilian occupation” was supposed to be like the dynasty (non-selectable), with Alfonso IV being the ruler under that period. I know of other occupational ruling authorities, so I thought this would be most accurate. If it is not within current guidelines, the Castilian occupation can be deleted.  :)

For me castillan occupation is not a category for one ruler, but a period giving context about the coin (we do that already for siege coins). You can add it as 2nd ruling authority of this coin
