It definitely doesn't match the picture on the Numista page. With a mintage of only 250, I'd be comfortable saying that is quite fake, unfortunately.
If you look under 4.FRANKEN
you can see some maker's marks as well as .900 - revealing itself as a modern commemorative replica made of 90% silver
