Would it be worth adding flags for the Lordship of Ireland (which lasted from 1171 to 1542) and the Kingdom of Ireland (which lasted from 1542 to 1801)? Below are the respective flags:
Another that could be added could be this raven banner used by the Norse kings of Dublin:

I also remembered that during England's brief period as the Commonwealth, the Irish Catholic Confederation was formed. Lasting from 1642 to 1652 with a flag of its own as well:
Anne - There aren't any Queen Anne coins listed on Numista. But I did find this article on irishcoinage.com with information and pictures of a coin issued during her reign: www.irishcoinage.com/J01325.HTM (Unsecure site warning)
It was then during George III's reign that the Kingdom of Ireland was merged with the United Kingdom, becoming the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, which uses the same Union Jack of today. So entirely up to yourselves whether you'd want to add that onto coins from 1802 to the establishment of the Irish Free State in 1922.
Sorry by the way. I hope this isn't too much info. Went down a bit of a rabbit hole. Felt it was worth adding some variety to Ireland's long history of coins.
