This here: N#11028 says “From 1982 to 1992, no ten pence coins were struck for circulation since the pre-decimal florins, with a value of 10p, were still circulating as part of the decimalisation process.”
This is implying that NO COINS AT ALL were released for circulation for that time period.
Can this be removed? It is not accurate. The exact details of the coin may not be the same, but there WERE coins released for circulation, particularly in 1992, N#879 OVER 1 BILLION in fact for 1992 (flat edge, thicker coin) alone. (I happen to have 1 of both of that variety. Flat edge and wire edge)
