Help identifying two Middle East or Indian States coins

Looking for some help with a pair of coins : 

The bigger one is about 21mm , 4.35g , the smaller one is 17mm 3.6g

However the picture here N#50078  looks like a different coin.  

The Umayyad fals looks very similar to N#212870 but the bottom line on the top picture is different. Do you know what that line is? 

The Umayyad mint or year is written in the border, that is the only way to know were the coin was minted. 

Not much visible on OP coin.
