What is your favourite coin, mine is relatively common and is the 2009 Charles Darwin £2

From my collection a Persian drachm! I really love the detail and portrait. N#43481
Standard circulating coin: UK 1994 D-Day 50p - N#4409
I generally don't go for proof coins, but I love this one so much I got a silver proof. One of only two (bought as a bundle) proofs of a circulating coin I own. I love how it covers such a monumental point in modern history. The beginning of the liberation of Europe. It features a few different aircraft (towing and towed), the largest sea armada ever assembled, and seeing them move off into the rising sun which, to me, symbolises this new beginning for Europe.
I'm also fond of the coins featuring Britannia - probably because we can trace it back to at least the Roman Era (~119 if Numista is on point), so you can really follow the symbol over literal millennia, and quite often even across nations which had, one way or another, strong ties with the UK and it's fore-running nations. I genuinely don't think I could pick a favourite, but anything outside of the typical Britannia seated with lion & shield is always interesting.
Personal interest in the history of the country, but I really like what it symbolised for independence and later resistance under the Soviets, and how the motive has now carried over to the euro coins N#53188.
The Wikipedia article on it is actually quite good: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/5_lats_coin
Plus it's just a really pretty coin :)
Love coins with Britannia on them too, especially the various silver £2 Britannias from the early 2000s.
Good to see my favourite Britannia making a return with KCIII on the obverse:
