Wrong list in "My modification requests"

An addition I requested yesterday got approved, but is has changed into a different page (from Estonian €2 coin into French €10 coin).

The page of the Estonian coin is now also present in the database, but it's not the one I had made (as I included additional information in the comment section), but all those extra's I gathered I cannot see anymore as my original addition has changed into a completely other coin.

The Estonian coin was submitted twice, and the referee reused the page you created to describe a different coin. I'll contact the referee, as this practice is confusing and should be avoided.
