3 Centimes L'an 4,5 (1795-1796) France

please flep me with story of 3 Centimes L'an 4,5 (1795-1796) France.

I can find only here one picture and some short information but nothing more.

Are these coin realy was made? Why today I can't find any information about them?

According to this thread (https://en.numista.com/forum/topic5573.html) and Wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi%C3%A8ce_de_3_centimes_Dupr%C3%A9), there only exist 3 examples of this coin, of which 2 are kept in the Hôtel de la Monnaie de Paris (Paris mint).
